FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing, my system is variable depending on the situation. My prices are cheaper per person if you train with a partner or group. I'm looking to make things as fun affordable and effective as possible for people and I do encourage you to find a training partner or a group of up to 5 people. One on One coaching is the most expensive, but get's you the most one on one time with me as well. Partner training is what I consider to be the green zone. It's less expensive, and still gets you a large amount of one on one time with me, and lets me give you a very high level of service. If you're looking purely for an inexpensive personal trainer, I'd sign up for the group training as it will allow you to be part of a team environment, experience results, compete with your fellow group members, and it is the least expensive of all of the options. At this time you need to bring your own partner, or group. And I'll base my bid off that which you can provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step with any new client is an assessment to figure out where your weaknesses lie, so we can make a game plan to get you the best results possible without compromising your body. We then learn the basic movements I build my programs around, and begin the process of perfecting these movements, while targeting weaknesses. Over time, we add training volume, and strategically increase the work load to ensure constant forward movement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a NASM certified personal trainer with 3 years coaching experience, and over a decade of in the trenches personal experience. I've worked with dozens of clients with various goals, and have helped all of them come to a much better understanding of strength training. I've read thousands of books and articles and have truly weeded out what doesn't work and created a system that is optimal for making rapid progress.
