The journey. Wellness is one of the areas in our lives that we often overlook until it's no longer available. My greatest transformations with others have been both mental and physical. Once someone gets to the point where they operate efficiently, and start to look the way they saw themselves ideally...other parts of their life improves. My most enjoyable moments come from those who also experience changes in other aspects of their life.

I’ve been training with Vee for a couple of weeks and his style is enthusiastic as well as methodical. He takes time to understand my goals. While the workouts are tough, his contagious smile and positive attitude make the training experience gratifying. On days that I’m not motivated, he inspires me to never give up! I know that I will reach my personal goals thanks to Vee!
