Overall knowledge, experience, and ability. Bill is so knowledgeable and he cares about trees and landscaping. He gave my pines a whimsy Christmas look and they look amazing. He fertilized and treated my trees that are having a pretty. Looking forward to having all my trees trimmed from top to bottom and looking good and healthy. Definitely want to encourage others to hire Bill. He is great!

I had a wonderful experience with Bill. My enormous backyard elm was not easy to trim, with power and phone lines to work around, but the work was done efficiently and to my great satisfaction. All debris was thoroughly cleaned up, the tree was deep-root watered and treated for elm beetles, and the price was fair. I would definitely use beetle busters again!

Bill did an excellent job trimming our Ash, Maple, and 3 blue spruce trees in our backyard at a very reasonable cost. He also fertilized and treated some of our trees. As an added bonus at no additional charge was some trimming of our crabapple tree in the front yard. Top notch customer service and quality work from beginning to end and going above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction all at the originally quoted price.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If your spraying pine trees for Mountain pine beetle and IPS I charge 12 dollars per tree but only if your spraying 50 or more. Otherwise Ill need to charge a 100 dollar site visit minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet new customers personally if possible to get antiquated and go over there property. After a job plan has been implemented I perform most of my repeat work when the client isn't home since I'm generally spraying chemicals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISA Board Certified Master Arborist. Commercial applicators registered with Colorado department of agriculture.
