- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We provide upfront estimates before starting any work, so there are no surprises. For larger jobs, we require a 50% deposit at booking and the remaining balance at completion. We don’t tack on hidden fees, and we occasionally offer seasonal specials or discounts to help customers save.”
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process starts with listening to the customer and understanding exactly what the issue or project is. From there, I provide a clear estimate and explain the work so there are no surprises. Once we agree, I schedule the job, complete it efficiently, and make sure everything is tested and cleaned up before I leave. I always follow up to ensure the customer is satisfied.”
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
“I’ve had years of hands-on training in the plumbing trade, working directly with licensed plumbers and learning every aspect of residential and light commercial plumbing. Along with on-the-job training, I’ve completed courses in code compliance, safety, and specialized plumbing systems to make sure every job is done right and up to standard.”
