Bill initially came out at short notice to repair an active leak, he replaced it quickly and efficiently and the pricing was great. I’ve had him back twice to replace a toilet as well as give me an opinion on a water heater which will be getting replaced at a later date. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

After Bill was an hour late with no call or text, I messaged to see if we were still on for our appointment. He said was running late and wanted to reschedule. Even though I tailored my schedule to his availability, I agreed to reschedule but got no response after that. Not professional.
