Neff is the best, showed up on time, did all the tasks plus extra in a clean professional way and his pricing feels right. He worked from morning to evening without hesitation. I will keep his phone number in my agenda as a home treasure for any future needs. Thanks Neff for the hard work! Amongst many smaller tasks involving light fixtures changing, he installed a high ceiling fan that looked pretty challenging to me. My ceiling is about 15 feet but he figured out how to rent the equipment needed, went all the way up the ceiling and got the job done without a break.

Naff was great to work with over a variety of projects in one day. He completed all the tasks in a timely manner, took measurements and retrieved the materials he though best for the job. Had a non-convential window mounting for a curtain rod that he worked out and made look good. He verified that each project was to my liking before moving on to the next. I needed to have a bathroom ceiling fan installed including all of the duct work. I thought it was going to be a huge pain, because it was hard to access through the attic. Neff just took care of it and made it look easy, even though I know it wasn't. I also had some wiring that he helped me with. I'm pretty sure Neff can do just about anything. His work is really high quality and a great value. I'll definitely call Neff for any future projects that come up.

I like to take pride on my work so I try to give a fair price and I give first time client discount, bundle discount... the only extra fee will be material

I try to always give a discount price to my first time clients so they can see my work and build trust with them.

subcontractors, and home owners, but I like to work more with home owners because they see their projects as part of their house not just like other job or project that needs to be done
