Looking back now... working with Carri was actually the moment I started taking my emotional and mental growth seriously. And had she not help me in that process, (had I not decided to take her coaching), I might not have ever grown the way I have. Carri is the sweetest and most caring coach there is. She remains professional all while making me feel like I truly had someone in my corner. Especially at a time I needed someone in my corner. I felt so alone and so inside my own head. I'm not gonna lie. I was a hard one to coach at first I'm sure. The very first thing that came naturally with her coaching was having me not put myself down. What a concept that was! What an eye opener of how much I actually did that to myself. Carri takes you at whatever pace you need to go. You ultimately decide that. She is the guide to get you to your own dreams and aspirations. You do the work, she helps guide you and support you. She challenges you in the areas you've already told her you want to grow in, but always stops along the way to celebrate you, and reminds you to celebrate yourself too. Which is so important. Towards the end of my coaching we even did a lot of deep diving into the issues in my past that were holding me back in my present life. Some real hard stuff. But I trusted Carri 100% with my deepest darkest emotions, thoughts and feelings. I still do. We are still friends to this day. I owe her way more than whatever I paid for her coaching. I owe her my life. She's to humble to ever except that compliment, but it's so true. I now have boundaries in my life. I have learned, (and I'm still always learning), to fully love myself. I now know without a doubt I am valued and I am loved by my heavenly Father. And that alone is enough to sustain me everyday, no matter what comes my way. I don't look to others anymore to help me feel whole and complete. That's something only I can give me. If you're thinking about using her as a coach, but maybe money is an issue?? I'm telling you right now.... You cannot afford to NOT better yourself at this moment in your life. Because if you're even thinking about her coaching, then that's the biggest sign you NEED it. Put yourself first for a change. Don't worry about how to afford it. God will work all that out. Take that step forward and decide to change your life for the better. It all starts now!!! Our first meeting is complimentary. Let's get to know each other & find out if we are a good fit for each other.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with our initial meeting. If working together is the right next step, we will agree upon how many sessions are needed to meet your goals & go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to life experience, ranging from being married for 2 decades, divorced due to infidelity, happily re-married, adopting a child, being a foster parent, & having children that range from newborn to age 20. I have a degree in Social Work. I am a certified Health, Life and Transformational Coach from Health Coach Institute.
