As someone who repeated the same ineffective patterns & ultimately ended up divorced. I get how hard it might feel to change, yet know that IT IS POSSIBLE! It requires the right support. It's small, intentional steps that allow you to be different, without really having to think about being different. We won't go backwards trying to dissect the past. Our goal will be to move forward from where you are now to where you WANT to be. I too had to do the work required to heal ineffective communication, unhealthy boundaries, shame & guilt. I am so glad I did, because my relationships are thriving & fulfilling! I’m a different person & help others do the same.
