I had Michael and his associate install some track lighting, caulk the shower, fix a light, install a new door, fix broken shutters, and do some painting. All were completed very professionally. They do a great job. Would recommend and hire again.
Replace a fan/light with 2 new ones. Install 2 rows of track lighting All in my sewingroom which is being remodled. In stall 3 new lights and move another in my basement mechanical room. This required 2 trips. One to run wiring and make holes for the new lights. Another to install the lights. Ryan worked with me and my other tradesmen to coordinate the job. He and his crew did their best to deal with a couple of glitches and make my new lights exactly what I had envisioned. Qudos Allegiant Electric. !!!
Couldn't say enough good things about Simpson Home Services. My situation was that I had a water heater go out at a rental property. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit and after one of the bigger named company charged me $300 for parts in their attempt to fix, that company on their 3rd visit decided I needed to replace the water heater, where they conveniently had one in their truck outside ready to go, for the sweet price of $2400. After shopping the actual units at Home Depot / Lowes, I quickly saw that $2400 for a new Water Heater is legitimate robbery. Enter Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His price was fair (got about 6 Bids from Thumbtack) and he was very responsive. Here is where it gets better. Some might think Im crazy, or to trust worthy, but, with my current day job I was unable to get to Home Depot to purchase the water heater. Therefore my only option was to have Charlie from Simpson Home Services go to Home Depot, pull the unit and have Home Depot ring me and use my Home Depot Card and Social Number as a form of payment. At that point, it could have been real daylight Robbery. I had (and still haven't), ever met Charlie in person. My only communication had (still has!) been over phone, but he had great reviews on thumbtack already so I knew we would be ok. Once he completed the job, I paid him over the phone using my debit card. Sure enough, writing this today some weeks after Charlie did his work. My New Water heater is working perfectly and I couldn't say enough good things about Charlie from Simpson Home Services. His work is legit, he gets 10 Stars for Trustworthiness and honesty and I would definitely without a doubt hire him again. ***For anyone installing a water heater and questioning the whole permit situation. I did a lot of research and there seems to be mixed ideas about wether you have to pull a permit or don't have to. I have even been out looking at purchasing a new house here in Denver over the last few weeks and I asked my realtor about permits on replacement water heaters and even she had mixed ideas. So then I went to that iPhone / Android Neighborhood App that everyone is on and planted my question there, also mixed reviews about pulling permits. I think the general concensios is do it if you really want to. If your reselling your house, the buyer might ask to see a permit, but in todays market (sellers market still in 2018), it might not be questioned at that stage. Point being, my research showed 50/50 on who would and who wouldn't. Either way you go, you can still use Charlie and Simpson Home Services as I did. He completes the work, you then apply for the permit, they come inspect it and then your done. I wanted to share this as this is the route I took. I also trust Charlie and Simpson Home Services enough that if the inspector had found a problem, that Charlie would have made a Trip back to fix it for free*** Thanks again Charlie (still haven't met you!) And thank you Thumbtack for yet another sweet hookup to a quality Tradesman.
Jerry installed some new recessed lights for me. He was fast and efficient.

Papas Home Improvement: Awesome The owner, Josiah is a professional in every sense of the word. He has worked with us on a number of project, kitchen, plumbing, deck remodel...he installed custom lighting; designing the most beautiful lighting style on our pergola. (See photo) When he was working on our kitchen remodel, he did some adjustments to our plumbing the make it easier for my husband and I to access the main water cut-off for the whole house in case of an emergency and a year later at about 2 a.m. in the morning, our 20 year old hot water tank broke and was flooding the utility room and guest bedroom but we were able to go into the kitchen and turn off the main water line, which saved hour home from flooding during the night. We called him and he came the next morning and installed a new water tank and some special additions to eliminate the possibility of future flooding. His work is surpurb. We found him to be timely, consistent, dependable, does quality work, pays attention to details. He's trustworthy, never left us waiting and wondering if he would be on site each day, he is committed and takes his job seriously. My husband and I fell in love with this young man. We were scammed a few years ago and Josiah & his Uncle, restored our faith in mankind. I would recommend him without hesitation. His charges are reasonable and his work is worthy of his pay. If you don't want to take a chance on getting the right contractor...I suggest you call Papas Home Improvement to eliminate the worry. We miss Papa's Home improvement here in Denver so writing this review was bittersweet! J'Mae Stewart Denver, CO
We needed to swap out a light in our laundry room and have our outdoor lights looked at. Daniel was great communicating what type of light to buy for the laundry room (it wasn't that hard but I was clueless) he looked at our outdoor lights prior and came out and fixed those when he changed our laundryroom lighting,
Chris did an outstanding job installing our new post lights. The job was completed on time and on budget. I was so impressed by Chris's professionalism that I reviewed a list of other projects I'd like Chris to complete in the near future. I highly recommend Chris!
Ken did a great job for my lighting/wiring project. I would use him again.
I needed several things done such as relocating cables and installing overhead lights in my home in several rooms. Excellent job, kind and professional, and great value. Will definitely use for more projects in the future!
Think Industries turned our 70’s office into a trendy work space. Lighting really makes a difference! Awesome work. Affordable. Exactly what I was looking for in an Electrician. Thanks for your hard work and professionalism!
Matt moved the location of the pendant lights in my kitchen. Matt did a great job. He is deticated to doing good work. His pricing is fair and he is punctual. I would definitely recommend him to a friend.
Dan installed a new hanging lighting fixture in my dining room.
Great experience! Showed up right on time, mindful of my two little kids running around and clearly knowledgeable. Replaced two light boxes with fan boxes and rewired two kitchen outlets that had faulty switches.
Jonas was very professional while working on our project. He actually had better ideas than we had and he designed the lighting in our kitchen as well as our landscape lighting. We were on a tight budget for the project and we were very impressed how he managed to keep it under. We would highly recommend Sparks's Electrical Service to anyone.
Thank you for brightening my walls and for your professionalism!
Terrific work installing light on ceiling fan and hanging a tricky shelf!
Tim was very responsive and professional. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the fact that he didn’t mention anything to us about moving a light (and leaving a hole) until after it was done. Even if it’s the only solution, I’d like a heads up that that’s what’s happening prior to it happening. Otherwise, he was great.
I hired Cody to rewire and install the new lighting in my kitchen during construction, and he did an amazing job. The project was a bit complicated due to the structural beams in the ceiling and the original wiring, but Cody was able to work through those challenges with ease. He takes great pride in his job and does it very well. He communicates promptly and clearly when problems arise, and is always available and willing to answer all questions and provide alternate suggestions if necessary.
He does just about anything you can think of. Over the years he has replaced my garbage disposal, hung light fixtures, repaired my well (surface pump), hung window coverings and he has even fixed my car . If he can’t do it he’ll tell you but chances are he can.
Caleb put in a new ceiling fan in my kitchen. He arrived a little early. Who's ever heard of that, right? He worked quickly. He knows his stuff. He didn't make a mess in the kitchen. He disposed of the old fan so that I didn't have to. I can't say enough good things about him and about his work. I have some extensive work and rewiring that I'll be having done soon and Caleb is the electrician that I'll call. It's nice to be able to find a small, dependable electrician who does good work. Highly recommended.
