I have been renting homes for most of my adult life (I’m 46), as far as landlords, owners & propertymanagers go I’ve had my share of the good the bad and the ugly. However for the past 2 Year’s I’ve rented ive been fortunate enough to have Kristin White, White House Realty as my propertymanager! She fits into none of the previously mentioned categories and truly stands out as a remarkable property manager! She was always quick to respond to any of my concerns regarding my residence. She also responded quickly to any of my emails or voicemails. After notifying her that I would be moving out, the home owner decided to sell the property. Kristin handled all of the viewings off potential buyers, notifying me by asking well ahead of time if I was ok with showing the home. It worked well and the property sold quickly. I was great full to have Kristin as my propertymanager and would recommend her above all others for her outstanding professionalism!

Kristen assisted me in finding and purchasing my rental property and has managed it for a couple of years. I have always found her to be a very clear communicator, responsive and willing to go the extra mile in answering my questions and protecting my interests. Having her manage the property has taken the worry out of having a rental as an investment. Most of the time it just runs smoothly, when there have been repair needs they've been taken care of in a timely, cost effective manner.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Had a lovely retired seller that had major health issues needed to sell. She had not kept up on her home, had interviewed several agents that were very judgemental and in her opinion only after the money.. I was referred to her, helped her see the positives of her home, do a little minor prep work, arranged movers and packing, and handymen for her, she moved out of state and I looked after her home - found her some wonderful buyers, and a happy outcome! She thanks me every time we talk!
