Service Pricing Estimate
• No same day cleaning. 48 hour advanced notice for all cleanings.
• Most of our clients get standard recurring cleanings ever 4 weeks and that ranges between $175 (small homes) to $285 (huge homes).
• For cleanings ever 2 weeks the price ranges from $125 (small homes) to $195 (huge homes).
• To get a more accurate price we recommend you get a free estimate and if you approve it you can schedule your first cleaning at that time.
• You may send us pictures of your place or the area of the job for better estimation.

We worked with Sunshine Cleaning on a move in clean for a new (to us) home. They were very easy to work with, easy to schedule, and did a great job. I appreciated their attention to detail and leaving the house in great shape. Excited to work with them again once we're settled in.

I found Sunshine Cleaning on Angis list and they were very prompt in contacting me. I decided to wait a few weeks for them to do an estimate and they were great about reaching out when I was ready. Being fairly new to the area we werent sure what to expect. We were blown away by the service and high quality of work. Rosie leaves no stone unturned - she wants it all cleaned to her high standard. She takes full ownership of every aspect and detail of the work. We had a deep cleaning and will follow up with standard cleaning every 3 weeks. It might seem pricey, but the attention to detail and results make it a bargain! We highly recommend Sunshine Cleaning!!

Rosie and the Sunshine Cleaning crew were terrific! When finished cleaning a specific area of the house, Rosie would grab me to review and make sure the area house was cleaned to my standard and then move on to the next part of the house. Rosie also showed me tricks of the trade that would help keep my home clean, saving me time as I am a very busy person.I would 100% recommend Sunshine Cleaning!
