Patrick and his son Jacob did an excellent job remodeling my bathroom, they were very professional, courteous and communicated well with me and my wife. Patrick and Jake did a great job on our kitchen renovation along with several other project involving drywall, painting and the installation of an exterior wall matching our log home. Patrick and his son helped us finish our basement and now it's a beautiful, livable space! They did most of the work themselves (framing, dry wall, plumbing, etc) and had an electrician come out and do the wiring (and he was awesome too). Everything went very smoothly, and Patrick was really great to work with. He let us know things we needed to pick out and decide on. Communication was prompt and the work done was phenomenal. Our inspections were clean and quick since Patrick was knowledgeable on the codes for Colorado. The bathroom was done so well, it looks really nice and Patrick recommended the cubby in the shower (to hold soap, shampoo/conditioner) which I would not have thought of. Absolutely great work and would have him come out and do other projects!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because we are a small family owned business our prices are typically average or lower. We feel being paid a week in advance allows us to be efficient in covering our costs yet it isn’t too much of a risk to our customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Meet for 20-30 minutes at the project site in order to offer ideas and gather info for estimate.
2. Reserve a start date and projected finish date.
3. Sign a contract binding both our company and the customer’s intent.
4. Start and finish project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A.S. Degree in engineering. Class C Residential Builders License #6614 allowing us to do any work up to 3 stories. Our plumbers and electricians are licensed as well.
