Introduction: I have been building new homes since 1995 and have completed over 100 projects. I personally manage my jobs and don't pass my jobs to Superintendents or anyone else. I take pride in quality, timeliness and cost control and have earned jobs strictly from references with very little money invested in marketing.
I just love the whole building process. Having a vision and watching it all come together to the finished product. I take pride in each project I do no matter how small. I really like working with people as a team to make it all happen and creating lasting friendships with my clients.

Fran provided us with high quality work when completing our basement. All the workers used for the project were courteous and friendly. Anything that came up to be addressed was taken care of right away. He communicated pretty well throughout the project. I would use Fran for another project in the future.

I contacted Parasio Construction through Thumbtack regarding finishing our unfinished basement in our new home in Loveland. Fran Garcia owns Parasio Construction and came over the same day we contacted him. We explained we wanted 2 bedrooms, a entertainment room with a fireplace, a finished bathroom with tile shower and light within the shower. He agreed to submit a bid on the project and within a few days replied with his proposal. We had also contacted several other contractors and had their bids as well. Fran's bid turned out to be the lowest of the bids submitted. He explained that as a small company, he could keep costs down. I was also impressed by Fran's general character. He has a calm, positive personality. He is a very good listener. He was realistic in estimating how long it would take to complete the project, and finished in literally half the time that another contractor thought it would take. When the project was completed, Fran sent in an excellent cleaning crew and cleaned our entire house! There were minor issues that came up, but Fran made it right. I can recommend him without reservation, and would use him again in a heartbeat!

Francisco Garcia built our home in Fort Collins, Colorado. It took approximately 6 months to build a very sound home and we were out of state during the process. Francisco communicated with us regularly with updates on the process of our home and his sub contractors were very good. He completed all the items on the punch list in a timely fashion. Francisco is a very fine person to work have build your home.

Fran built our house from start to finish. We still have the basement to finish. It is a rather large house.
The quality of the work was excellent. He custom built our home and we love it. He had a lot of very good suggestions. He and his crew were always polite, friendly and cooperative. They were good and courteous to one another. We were around them for approximately six months or more.
The things we had trouble with were the work seemed to have taken longer as there would be days when there was no one doing anything. We understand that we were not his only clients and he had to manage the crews.
We were always around, which in talking with other people who have had their houses built, most builders do not want or allow. We have a few things which still need to be finished. I feel Fran will do them but it is difficult to work around.
The other thing is that I felt, then and now, that if the premises were kept more clean with less clutter they would be able to work more easily. As it was. one group doing staining left. some rags in a pile. When they caught fire there was a lot of damage with the smoke. I will say that they got busy and cleaned the walls redid the painting, repaired the damage and
concentrated on getting rid of the smoke smell which was quite extensive.
All in all I would recommend having Fran do the work.because in the end the quality is there
