Over the past 20 years, I have worked with many computer gear repair people and I knew what I wanted in a shop. Eric did a fantastic job helping in fixing my computer! He is very friendly, punctual, and professional. I would definitely work with him again! I explained the situation leading up to my computer not turning on, and he knew all the right questions to ask. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue (same day), letting me know the problem with supporting pictures. He even helped me find the best price on compatible replacement parts. Once the motherboard and power supply came in, he installed the new parts for me. Not only did he fix the main issue, but went above and beyond with cleaning my computer, helping improve wire management, and providing recommendations to improve performance. For $75, you would be hard pressed to find someone to take better care of you and your computer repair needs.

Eric did a wonderful job of fixing my laptop! Before I brought it in it was having major performance issues, and Eric diagnosed the problem within a day. He even replaced some parts that were completely shot. He is personable, professional, and does great work! I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of computer/laptop repairs.
