- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do Free Estimates, No Service Charge, only charge for parts and labor. Competitive pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet the customer so I'm able to see what issue they are having and be able to discuss their options with them. We can do most jobs the same day or schedule a date and time to do the work per customer schedule preferable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience working with garage doors. I have made enough mistakes over the years that the knowledge I have now is something I cherish cause you only get this kind from doing it hands on.
