- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For projects under $1,000, our rate is $90/hour plus materials. For larger projects, we provide a transparent, detailed estimate outlining all anticipated costs upfront. Any work outside the original scope will be discussed and approved through a change order before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation to understand your current needs, goals, and any plans for the future. We’ll walk you through our service offerings, explain our pricing and payment options, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to provide clear expectations, transparent pricing, and a tailored approach that ensures you feel confident moving forward with your project.

With over 10 years of hands-on experience across various areas of the construction industry, we bring practical knowledge, skilled workmanship, and a strong understanding of construction best practices to every project. Matt, our owner, is also a licensed contractor, providing customers with added confidence that their projects are in experienced and qualified hands.
