- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple 1. One price for boots on the ground or step ladder - $55 Hour 2. Second for Roof, Extension Ladder, Crawl Space or attic - $75 hour 3. Yard clean up - hourly + gas power fee (max$40), haul away $17 cu yd. 4 window cleaning $185 per standard side (8sq ft one side) then multiples for higher or larger glass, removal/replacemet and razoring. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Handyman work is massivly varried and hands on learning. There is no schooling for it. It is truly a on the job training only. I have been doing this for 23 years now and can do almost any handyman project. If not I will say so and walk away.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
People asked me to fix things and I found I was very good at it. I found I enjoyed helping people and solving situations. I also am a hands on person. It fits me.
