FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees vary $75-$120/hour based on the difficulty, expertise needed for the job or seasonal supply and demand. If I shop for and purchase items for the job, there is a surcharge of 25% of the retail total. As a US Veteran I get 10% off at Home Depot and Lowes, so in effect, it is only a 15% net charge to save you the time and effort of finding the right elements for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss the scope of the job and the timeframe that works for us both. Then we can discuss materials and time needed to complete the job. A third of the money up front and the balance when you are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years experience in property management and plenty of YouTube videos.
