I am sorry you were un-happy with your service Philip. I try and get as much info over the phone as I can. I quoted you to install 2 pig tails on 2 DW, and wire 4 120v thermostats. I asked several times and made it very clear this was the scope of work to be completed. You agreed on the fixed price for work. I believe I did everything I promised to do. Sorry my health condition limits my ability to move large objects. I clarified several times that the DWs' only needed to be wired. As I won't promise work I cannot do. I know it seems expensive, let me break it down for you. Even though it was not an hourly rate. 1.5 hrs on site 1.5 hrs drive time .5 hrs at the store $32( for x2 pig tails) + (3.5 hours of labor @ $78 =) $273 _____ $303 Not to mention, Gas, Car insurance, Business insurance, Tools, 10 years experience. Do you think my wopping $97 of profit covers this? I understand everything is expensive right now please don't take it out on small businesses.
