Beyond Boundaries retiled my shower and did a wonderful job. Forest and his team (specifically Noe) paid great attention to detail and even drove around to different stores for me to find the exact products and colors I wanted. They made a lot of helpful design recommendations, and were very accommodating even when I hit a roadblock and needed them to come back the following day. The job was done quickly, professionally, and the end result looks beautiful. I would definitely work with them again. Thanks!
John and Matt painted our laundry room, front door (interior) and office ceiling. They were on time, patient, clean and extremely detailed oriented. I am so pleased with their work and thoroughness. Highly recommend John and his team for any future projects! The front door was a major project: I wanted the door to be painted a high gloss black while ALL of the molding needed to remain white. It looks amazing! The office ceiling is a soft pink. None of the furniture could be moved nor the drapes taken down. They had to work around a lot. The job is perfect, not a splatter of paint anywhere. And the lines against the ceiling trim are straight, straight, straight! The laundry room was fairly standard except that the Gentlemen's Grey color is pretty dark against tall white trim and a grey ceiling. So the lines had to be crisp and tight. Done! Hire Final Finish for your next job. Do it! You won't regret it! Thanks John and Matt! Appreciate the attention to detail and a job very well done!
We hired Daniel and his crew for a Kitchen remodel in a Wash Park Bungalow. We could not have been more pleased! He was very responsive during the bid process and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. His crew show up on time when they were scheduled to work and they kept the rest of the house clean while the kitchen was being worked on. The finished product turned out fantastic... exceeded our expectations. We are so thrilled with our beautiful kitchen and will absolutely hire Daniel again.
Jim Morris and The Good Painters were excellent. We used Jim to paint our kitchen cabinets, a difficult task that required a lot of detail and time. The cabinets went from a natural wood color to white, and the difference has transformed our kitchen. Jim, my primary contact, was communicative and friendly. He was devoted to completing the job to my satisfaction. Jim and his painters came when he said they would, were respectful of our home and completed the job with cleanliness. I will go back to Jim with future projects and highly recommend him to others.
Meaghan and Todd were very professional and personable, we would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a good quality painter. Their crew was very pleasant and they did a great job. This was a new build so they painted both the interior and exterior. We get a lot of compliments on how lovely our house looks!
Eli was so careful and courteous. He was great with my dogs and kids and housemate running around. He spent a lot of time helping me choose the paint in the house (I had about 60 cans left over from previous owners), and was clean and fast. I have actually hired him 3 times and highly recommend him. In addition he is very reasonably and fair priced
I had a great experience with this business! Rocko & his partner showed up just in time when the snow stopped and did a great job at plowing the driveway, walkway and the front of my house. His communication was excellent and the work was done quickly. I'm very satisfied. Pricing was fair & work was efficient. Hopefully it doesn't snow anymore but if it does I will definitely be contacting him for snow removal.
We had Stars Painting paint our house and they did a fantastic job. There was a lot of scraping and repairs needed and they did it all. They were very professional, neat and fast!! I would hire them again any day!
Had the exterior of the house painted in 2 days. Prompt communication, showed up when he said they would, and did quality work.
On time, very professional, great job, and flexible to be able to do a little more than he bargained for. I highly recommend him! Our job was drywall repair and painting for our office. However, I will be calling him back for other things now that I know he can do a lot more.
We worked with three people at Foothills Painting. The first person, Hillary, was awesome. She answered lots of questions and helped us understand the whole process during the quoting stage of the process. In the end we decided to go with Foothills painting because of our interaction with Hillary even though the quote was a little more than other quotes we received. From that point things went downhill though. After we signed the contract I never received an emailed copy of the contract as expected. When it was time to schedule the job (since we hired them a month before we needed them) I had to call Kyle (the production manager and 2nd person I worked with) 3 separate times (once per day) plus another call/text to Hillary asking for help getting a hold of Kyle before getting a callback to schedule the painting job. When I finally got a hold of Kyle on Monday he said he could either do Friday or Monday of the upcoming weekend and he would call on Thursday to confirm which day it was. On Wednesday I found my drywall work was going to run through Friday and we needed to have paint start on Monday, so I called Kyle, went to voicemail and left him a voicemail stating paint needed to start on Monday. I never got a callback as he said he would give me. On Friday the painter arrived despite my voicemail stating I wouldn't be ready. I was planning on getting the house ready over the weekend for paint to be ready to come in. For fear of being charged a return fee or further delaying paint I said Jose (the third person I worked with) could paint the dry texture on the main floor. When I got home that day I found all of my tools pushed to the center of the room in a big pile of trash (there was no separation between trash and tools). I had to go dig through the trash to make sure my tools and other parts for the house were not thrown out later. I later found out the mounting brackets for the towel holder and toilet paper holder for our bathroom were tossed in the trash can under our vanity and inevitably were thrown out, requiring us to buy a new set. Originally we were told the painters were going to roll paint on rather than spray, which is what I told my drywallers, so they finished the ceiling to be good for rolled paint rather than spray which would have required an extra coat of flat texture on the ceiling. Unfortunately Jose decided to spray to save time so now our ceilings look terrible in some spaces where rolling the paint would have hid the imperfections better. Another issue that came up while painting is the paint didn't completely cover the wall. There are spots where the sheen is matte rather than eggshell due to the new drywall absorbing too much of the paint because enough paint wasn't used. When I pointed this out Jose said I'd have to buy more paint and that it would be an upcharge. During the initial quote it was known that there would be new drywall though, requiring enough paint to properly cover the new wall. I'm not sure if this issue came out due to a bad estimate or due to spraying the paint on, losing 30% of the paint to the air requiring one more coat that wasn't estimated originally. Because Jose was working on the weekend I had no way to discuss this extra charge to Kyle and Jose said I could either pay him for the paint while he was there or I'd have to pay twice as much to have him come back and do another quote. I decided to pay there and figure it out with Foothills later. Once Jose was done there was still spots with mis-matched sheen (I have a photo attached of the stairwell that was 100% new wall but the paint is still patchy). As well as the mis-matched sheen in places there was overspray on everything as well as some damage that needed fixing, it took Jose 2 full days to fix everything. Some things that needed to be cleaned/fixed: * Cuts from one of their taping tools on the ceilings in several rooms and the stairwell. * Cuts from their taping tool on my Nest thermostat trim piece requiring me to get a new trim piece (Jose spray painted it brown to cover the cuts, but that made the trim no longer fit the thermostat). * Wood stove, windows, vanities, lights had overspray on them. * carpet had overspray on it as well as spilled paint( when the overspray was cleaned an oily residue was left behind that I had to clean up instead). * A switch and outlet were completely painted (there was zero taping on the switch and outlet). * A corner in my hallway had all the drywall rubbed off due to the hose rubbing along it * Vent covers were all oversprayed. In the end when I could get a hold of Kyle to try to figure the cost of the extra paint out and why it had occurred he wanted me to figure things out with his sub-contractor Jose rather than resolve things with Jose himself. Given they hired Jose I should have worked out the price with him and he should have figured out what the fair amount to give to their sub-contractor should have been. This made the whole process even more complicated and frustrating. In the end we were left with a paint job we could have done ourselves and more damage and frustration than we bargained for. I wish things had worked out, our experience with Hillary was excellent, but unfortunately everything else was terrible.
It was a pleasure having Jorge Trasvina work on my walling project. I needed dry wall repair, texturing, trim and paint work done in my home at an affordable price. Despite the demands of multiple projects he was working on at the time he was committed to ensuring my job was taken care of with professionalism and fine detail. He works diligently and can accomplish a lot in a short period of time when he arrives for service, not to mention a good resource of information regarding all contractor home modifications and repairs. My place looks great and overall I em very pleased with his work and grateful for his service. I'm happy to refer him to friends and family.
We were impressed with the work done by Detailed Painters. It was done promptly, very neatly and with a lot of attention to the details. The jobsite was left clean and fresh. Detailed Painters work by their name. Great job, guys! We will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs painting job done and hire them again to do other painting around the rest of the house.
Brett was so friendly and on time. Very easy to communicate with. He has a lot of knowledge in all areas of home improvement, and went above and behind the repairs I requested. I had my bathroom repainted and recaulked, and he went the extra mile and offered ideas for cabinetry and aesthetics, so my bathroom got an overhaul! I'm very happy with the result.
Alex was hired to bring an antique dining room table back to life. He gave the table the TLC that it needed and made it look good as new. Thanks Alex for doing such a great job! We get lots of compliments on how great the table looks!
Working with CertaPro for the painting of our new home was a great experience! I had never worked with professional painters before, but the amount of work that we needed done was a lot! We made the right choice to seek professional help!! CertaPro made the whole process easy, the work was done with great detail, and all the workers were professional. Katie answered so many of my questions and was always available when I needed to contact someone with updates. I will definitely use CertaPro again in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs pairing work done.
Quick response, and they arrived on time. Did an excellent job replacing a post and repairing the fence. I will definitely hire them in the future for my home repair and maintenance projects.
This sister/brother team was phenomenal!!! Quick response to estimate, fair price, excellent customer service, extremely efficient in their preparation, job start the next day. Now the most important part; the quality of their work was spot on!!! They obviously have a tremendous amount of experience and systematically work together to create a great final product. Watching them work, they were particularly adept at checking each other's individual work to ensure quality was upheld throughout the process. We were so impressed with their work ethic and finished product that we already have them scheduled to come back and paint the exterior of our house in the Spring of 2015. Really a pleasure to find professionals who still take a lot of pride in their work.
Steve is very personable and easy to work with. He accommodated my very busy schedule and spent a lot of time ensuring his work was top notch. I'd recommend him to anyone!
I own an 1896 Victorian house that was converted in the mid 1980s into office space. I found Glenn in a local newspaper ad for handyman services and, needing a handyman, gave him a try. That was about ten years ago. I was delighted with the first work he did and called on him many, many times since them for a variety of tasks to keep this old building going: plumbing, light electrical, lots of interior and exterior painting, landscaping, patch-up after tenants moved out, etc. He shows up as promised, works hard, does good work, pays attention to detail including trying as is possible to maintain the Victorian integrity of the building, and has reasonable charges. One thing I especially appreciate about Glenn is often when I have a problem I think I have a solution and only need Glenn's labor. After he takes a look, while he agrees with my solution works but Glenn frequently points out a better and less expensive way of dealing with the problem. This attitude tells me he has my interests at heart.
Marco stepped in and rescued our whole house remodel (in Longmont, CO) after our original contractor underbid and overcharged us, did a shotty job, never met a deadline, and then bailed on us. Marco showed up when he said he would, worked diligently, did a great job, and charged us reasonable prices. All this and with a smile to boot. Jobs he tackled for us included: lots of tiling, fireplace refacing, drywall patching, trim install, painting, door hanging, lite electrical, and siding & soffit replacement. Marco is trustworthy, has a strong work ethic, and has the experience to tackle nearly any job. He is a homeowner's dream come true.
