FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since I am just starting out, my prices are lower than others so I can build a solid reputation and earn the opportunity to be a repeat professional a customer can contact to do other jobs. If I don’t feel comfortable doing a specific job I will let you know up front rather than attempting and coming up short.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I try to find out as many specifics as possible so I can show up prepared to do a great job in a timely manner. Ultimately it is my goal to do a great job in order to earn their confidence and become a repeat customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to helping family, friends and neighbors, I do all of the handyman work on my own home. In finished a 1,500 square foot basement in my old house including building the walls, electrical, plumbing, drywall and trim. The only thing I didn’t do was the carpet since that required a professional. I obtained a plethora of knowledge and tools as a result and it ultimately increased the value of our home immensely!
