We have 35 years experience in the residential and commercial construction business. You will find our availability for a home inspection on our website for your convenience.
I enjoy helping families to get to know the home they are about to purchase. Giving them a better idea about what the personality of the home is and an education about maintaining a home.
Here are few additional services that we provide with our inspection service:
1) Free re-inspections on items called out in the inspection and that the home seller agrees to fix
2) We either traverse or drone inspect all roofs (except for condos or townhomes or in an FAA no fly zone)
3) We tag all water and gas shut-off's and walk you through where they all are and show you how to change your furnace filter
4) Follow us around everywhere we go (except the roof, our insurance won't cover you) and ask as many questions as you'd like
5) You will receive your report electronically around 9:00 AM the morning after the inspection (even on holidays)

Jeremy and Jamison provided a thorough home inspection and sewer scope and outstanding customer service. Additional information was also shared to help me maintain my home in the future.
Mr. Strauss was very thorough and professional, and provided a comprehensive report with good photos. He was objective in his assessment and made sure I understood the condition of the home, answering all my questions. He was available on short notice too, which is much appreciated.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on finished square footage, the garage does not count toward the square footage, nor does an unfinished basement. Extra buildings are an additional price. If the residence has and attached garage and a shop, the shop is extra. If the residence has a detached garage and no attached garage, the detached garage is included.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather all the pertinent information either through a phone call or by filling out a form that can be found on our website.
Once we have all the information and have scheduled the inspection we then perform the inspection. We encourage our clients to be at the entire inspection. We would like to point out why items may be on the inspection and items that will not be on the inspection that may be important after the purchase is completed. At the end we will have a brief review. The report is delivered electronically the next day by 8:00 AM.
