The estimate is free but they told me that the first time they were going to come clean my house it was going to be expensive since they deep clean, but once they go on the regular schedule it was going to be cheap. So the first time they charged me $450 or 650 and on the regular schedule, $150- $355. it all depends how big the house is and if you have pets.
