- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1.Pricing is dependent on conditions of home/office and could increase or decrease based on conditions. I offer a flat rates instead of hourly rates because hourly could lead to overcharging customers. 2. Discounts for veterans, senior citizens, multiple property cleans! 3. $15 off Discount for reviews left after first service is completed and the next service is booked.

Schedule walk through typically, discuss pricing, and scheduling service.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Multi generation career. My grandmother as well as my mother owned cleaning businesses. I also use to work sales/marketing for HomeAdvisor where I talked to cleaning contractors all day! I realized owning my business makes me happier and accountable for amazing results.
