FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a variety of wedding packages (many include custom wedding albums) to work with your budget and needs for your wedding day. Family and senior portraits have 3 packages to choose from also. I also have hourly pricing for corporate photography.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I have been contacted by a bride, I usually have a meeting where we can get to meet each other and I can show examples of my wedding photography and albums. Then we set up an engagement session and take the engagement portraits. A few weeks before the wedding, I contact the bride with a request for her wedding photo list, and . some tips to get ready for her wedding day. After the wedding, I edit the portraits and then send an online gallery with instructions for choosing the album portraits. I design the album and then send it for approval and to be made by the album company. If it is another client (such as family or corporate), we just set up the photography details and meet at the location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing photography as a business for 9 years. I have won wedding and event photography awards. This year I won an award from Two Bright Lights for being in the top 5% of photographers who have been published in wedding blogs and articles. When I started my business, I shadowed and worked with some of the top photographers in Denver to learn their style of work and get experience. I regularly attend classes and workshops to continue to learn and improve my photography and business.
