Hi my name is Mia Esquibel (King), and I am passionate about helping others through my work as a Process Server, and Private Investigator.
I specialize in providing process serving, private investigation, and local (Aurora, CO) surveillance services. With a passion for uncovering the truth, I am dedicated to delivering results with precision and discretion.
I understand how important closure and certainty can be. I don’t believe in coming up empty-handed – I exhaust every avenue to provide my clients with the information they need. The secured software database utilized for my investigations is only accessible for legal teams and PI’s. This software maintains an exceptional accuracy rate, ensuring reliable and up-to-date information for every case. While no database is completely infallible, this system is built on trusted sources, frequent updates, and rigorous verification processes to minimize errors.

How it works:
For local Process Serving-
$115 flat
• Pricing- $90 for TWO service attempts.
• There will be a $25 charge for an affidavit of service for you to submit to the courts. This totals to $115.
I will have this notarized and sent to you within 24 hours of service and after payment.
• Documents must be dropped off to my home in Aurora (Saddle Rock). Or emailed to me to be printed out.
• If the first service attempt is unsuccessful, I will attempt again at a later time for no extra charge.
• The second attempt can be the same day, an hour later, or even a week later. Clients pick when they think would be the best times to attempt service.
• While gathering details such as addresses, I will ask you to provide a couple of pictures of the recipient. This insures I am delivering the documents to the correct person even if they deny being that person.
• I hold onto documents until both attempts have been made. After two unsuccessful attempts, you are required to come pick them up from my location in Aurora (Saddle Rock). If printed out by me, they will be shredded.
• If you would like me to continue trying to serve your documents I will have to charge you our agreed rate again for two more attempts.
• After a successful service, I will fill out an Affidavit of Service and provide it to you via email.
For Private Investigation-
$500 Flat
• I only take local/remote cases that are USA based. These cases include missing persons/reunion, finding a home address, current phone number, work location, business location, etc. I also do general background checks, locating court case numbers, identifying criminal charges and civil lawsuits. (18+ Y.O)
• Rates are $500 flat per case. No hourly costs.
• I am willing to work with you on pricing!
• My rule is..
If I cannot provide you with at least a mailable address, updated phone number, possible location, OR advice and information on what steps to take next, etc.. then you do not pay me. You will not be wasting money or time here.
• ZERO upfront costs to begin investigations. Payment is due the date of service and prior to me sending any of my findings/“case conclusion” notes.
• I will ask that you send any details via text message or through Thumbtack of the person you are trying to locate and/or the situation at hand.
For on the ground PI Surveillance-
$1,500 flat. (8 hours)
• All surveillance is conducted in my personal vehicle.
• This service includes cases that involve cheating/adultery, confirming or denying a persons location (home, work, etc.).
• A contract will be typed up and signed before surveillance begins. This contract will include my duties, hours, and payment.
• I charge a flat rate of $1,500 to be paid upfront the day surveillance begins.
• This fee encompasses 8 hours of surveillance. (To go over by an hour with no extra cost. This includes drive times).
• The surveillance hours can be divided into two four-hour sessions.
For instance, you may request four hours on a Monday from 3 PM to 7 PM, and the remaining four hours on another day, whether the following day or a week later. This approach maximizes effectiveness.
The rationale behind splitting the hours is to enhance the likelihood of directly observing behavior that will give us answers.
• For cheating cases- Conducting all eight hours in a single day reduces the probability of obtaining useful evidence unless you have reason to believe the individual is consistently engaging in adulterous behavior.
• While I cannot guarantee that I will uncover the information you seek, I can assure you that by the end of the surveillance period, you will receive conclusive findings based on my observations.
• I always provide photos, video footage, and time stamped notes included in my case conclusion to be sent after all eight hours have been utilized or we have come to a conclusion.
Services NOT Offered
The following investigative services are not provided through M.E Legal Carrier Services LLC:
• Social Media & Dating App Checks: I do not investigate whether individuals have active accounts on platforms such as Tinder, Instagram, WhatsApp, or similar apps.
• Asset Searches: I do not conduct asset investigations for the purpose of locating hidden or undisclosed financial assets, bank accounts, or property.
• Minor Location Cases: I do not accept any cases involving the location or information of minors, regardless of the reason or relationship.
• Vital & Confidential Records Requests: I do not obtain or provide access to birth certificates, death certificates, medical records, or adoption records. Nor will I provide any information on these documents.
