- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with you directly and will come by at your convenience to provide a free inspection of your property and will advise you if you need to have your insurance adjuster meet me there to assess the damage. I work with the insurance company on your behalf to make sure the process is handled quickly and to ensure your property it's taken care of with the utmost care. If you won't be going through your insurance to offset the cost of your restoration, I can also provide a quote to you directly for the cost of your restoration project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as the Operations/ Production Manager for 1st Priority Roofing for a year and a half, ordering material, coordinating crews, and working with customers and insurance companies. Because of this, I am uniquely aware of the inner workings of the restoration process and can help ensure you are fully taken care of throughout the process.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is very important to work with a local roofing company that has a track record of excellence. Many roofing companies come into town when a hail storm hits and will leave shortly thereafter; leaving you holding the bag for any warranty issues. 1st Priority Roofing has been locally owned and operated since 2010 and has am A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau.
