Jeremy was so non-judgmental and supportive. Don’t get me wrong—you will work hard but he will make you feel encouraged every step of the way. I spent a long time avoiding physical fitness because I was embarrassed of where I was but if I could go back in time and tell past me to just do it I would and I would go to Rich Fitness every time.
