Terrible service! The owner Ryan just gave me the run-around. Had to hire someone else to complete the job!

Our company has never done any service for this customer, he is confused or some kind of spam, if we had done work for this customer it would be business as always, we ask our customers to contact in writing or even contact the other owner of the company to see if we can resolve any issues, this has never happened by any individual.
