- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General pricing is based on the number of bedrooms & bathrooms for homes up to 2,000 sq. ft. For homes larger than 2,000 sq. ft., prices will be adjusted accordingly. The fee quoted to you is all inclusive of the service we discuss and agree to. My prices always include the array of cleaning products and supplies I bring with me to every cleaning service. There are no hidden fees. You can, however, add on additional cleaning services if needed (deep oven cleaning, windows, etc.).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Open communication is key to any successful relationship. I will review with you the appropriate square footage of your property as well as the number of bedrooms & bathrooms, type of flooring (carpet, hardwood, laminate, linoleum, porcelain or ceramic tile, etc.), the type of appliances in the home (stainless steel or other) and any custom surfaces (granite, quartz, etc.). It is helpful to address any areas that require special attention. Upon completion, I encourage customers to walk the property with me to ensure they are completely satisfied with the cleaning service provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having an eye for detail, over the years I have managed various properties (residential & commercial) for investors whom I was employed with. I understand the importance of a thorough cleaning as well as disinfecting all areas. The hands on experience from my past roles allowed me to see what works and what doesn’t. I have personally tested all products used and know first hand that they are the best cleaning agents to clean, polish and disinfect all surfaces in your home. In lieu of our ever changing environment, I keep up to date with all CDC guidelines and apply that knowledge to my daily business practices which have contributed to my success.
