- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Very fair and can work with you in time of need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On installs I require 50% down prior to beginning for my protection then the remaining after job is completed. I do have references if this makes you uncomfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended vocational school for hvac in 2000 I then had 3 years apprenticeship for sheet metal. I have ran large commercial jobs and have installed on new construction and remodels. I also have extensive knowledge in repair/service. As well as 19 years experience to date.
