She came in and catered for a work event we were having, and let me tell you, her food is out of this world. Even now, the Gods are preparing her a place in Valhalla, not as a guest, but as a chef. Because this food is worthy of the heroes therein to feast upon until the end of time.

Chef Julien was personable and truly listened to my vision of my dinner party. On the day of the event he was intensely prepared, dynamic. Watching him in the kitchen was like witnessing a master musician. The classic cassoulet he created for my high profile guests was delicious. The lemon tart finished off the night in classic french style. And I can't even go into the cheese. So much appreciate this chef's culinary talent and professionalism. The next time I entertain a CEO at my home to cement a big business deal, he'll be my first call.

    I've used Stephanie's cooking services many times and each time I'm amazed by her creativity in the kitchen. She comes up with dishes that are simple yet bursting with flavor. She's also an amazing teacher. She's patient and always offers constructive feedback. My cooking skills have increased greatly all because of Stephanie. Before I could barley boil water and now I'm confident in cooking steak! I would highly recommend Chef Stephanie as a private chef and/or for cooking lessons.
