- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on how many people you’re wanting to serve, the flavor of cake you choose, the icing you choose, and whether or not you need the cake to be delivered. Although 2 to 3 weeks notice is appreciated, often times I can provide an order on short notice for a fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially, I like speaking to a client over the phone. It is much easier for me to determine the clients needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned how to design cakes from my mom. I personally have never taken a class.
