Justin is a well qualified and highly knowledgeable trainer with a great personality to match. Sessions are whatever you want them to be, but he also doesn't let you out of stuff if you're too tired, and always has a plan and structure throughout each session. I get he workouts written out for me to take home and reference for workouts later; he writes the exercises down as we go. This guy will push you because he believes in you. His passion for what he does is blatant, exciting and clear and I look forward to vibing with him every time we get to work together. Jerome is an exceptional health coach and personal trainer. My experiences with him have been nothing short of fantastic. He clearly is very well educated about health and fitness. He makes workouts exciting while also taking the care and time to inform you about the proper technique and body maintenance required to improve one's fitness. He has skill in both personal, and group sessions, being able to go from one to the other without missing a beat. Daria is a truly awesome personal trainer. She has kicked my butt (while also making sure I'm not hurting myself) at every session, which is exactly what I needed. With no prior weightlifting experience, she has gone out of her way to make sure I understand which muscles I'm working. She also makes a weekly calendar for her clients so you have some idea of the type of workouts you should be performing while you're not working out with her. She also proceeds insight into any nutrition questions that you may have. I would highly recommend her.
I highly recommend WillPower Fitness. I contacted WillPower Fitness to find a personal trainer, and found credible trainers with comprehensive personal training programs to help me to reach my goals. (exactly as it's advertised) How I see the gym environment: It's a great, welcoming community with music playing, natural light, and trainers coaching members through sets and reps. You can hear encouragement to members on that last rep, telling them they can do it. They have the variety of equipment, activity, and resources you need. The trainers are somehow attentive to the entire gym, keep everyone busy, communicate well, and have the knowledge I wish I had about the body and its needs...from weight-loss to elite athlete programs. How it started for me: I came to my first session with defined fitness goals and a lot of my printouts from previous 'training programs.' That first day we jumped right into a training session, and I assumed it was to evaluate my fitness level. A few days later, I found out that my trainer actually read those grids from past trainers -- I was impressed he cared. He explained the target muscle groups of my previous program versus how the body works and the strength I need to build. When I competed in the past I never felt fit in the right way, and paired with this logical justification, it made sense that my training needed an adjustment. My updated program focuses on finding maximum efficiency and developing the muscles needed to perform intervals over a long period of time. Plus, building strength in the right way to support joints and mobility, which I assume helps me avoid injury. It is definitely worth it.
I was unable to secure a time with Tom. The issue seemed to be around his availabilty. He initially wanted only weekday hours for training which didn't work for me as an adult with a traditional full time schedule. We then had a brief conversation about finding a Saturday AM time when he found out he could only rent lanes at his rec center at very restricted times. I was pleased about trying to find a Sat AM appointment but then Tom lost contact all together. There don't appear to be many swim instructors for adults in the area and I think given his background Tom could have a very robust business but it is going to require off hour availability as the majority of adults who have enough expendable income for a swim coach will work more traditional schedules.
Working with Karisa has been great. She is very knowledgeable in proper form and every workout has been more challenging than the last. She is very encouraging but doesn't let you slack off. She has helped me set up a food journal and tracking my food but doesn't make you feel bad about your choices. I would highly recommend Karisa for personal training!
I've worked with a few personal trainers during my life and her professional manner as well as coaching style is just what we needed. I look forward to continuing to work with her, and despite the muscle soreness after our sessions gym time is one of the things I like forward to every week.

Chris is a great personal trainer. He's very experienced and knowledgable. He knows just when you need to stop and when you can get a few more reps in, even if you feel like you can't. He works hard with and I've seen dramatic results in just a few weeks. Chris is great guy and an even greater trainer.
I trained with Jason for approximately 2 years before he moved to LA. Jason is a dedicated and motivated professional that provided me with an excellent personal training experience with results. When I started working with Harlan, it was to assist me in the progression of starting a new business. I knew nothing of coaching, but met him through a friend. He created for me 8 guided visualization as well as some self-work, that helped me see exactly what it is I wanted from my business as well as how to make conscious choices to get there. Trainer was amazing! She not only put me through a workout, but she also had so much knowledge when it came down to the specifics regarding a certain exercise. To me, that is adding value to my workout- knowing why we are doing an exercise instead of simply making me do it. Great job!
Angie was the perfect person to provide me the guidance and help I needed while struggling in my job search after I lost my position due to corporate downsizing. I loved her enthusiasm and support. I highly recommend Angie to anybody who needs help with career coaching (resume, interviewing, and changing careers etc.) She helped me reformat my resume that led to many calls and interviews that finally led to a new position! The facilities have everything you need, staff are great, classes are great, and the personal training is also great. Just great all across the board. They also supply sweat towels, which is great.
