Irrigation system shutdown & winterization. Super easy to schedule; Alison called the day before to confirm the time. Steve showed up promptly, introduced himself and explained what he would be doing. He completed the work efficiently and neatly and told me what to expect during the winter, as well as what the process would be in the spring. I liked that the documentation he left was all emailed to me - no bits of paper to lose track of - so I could simply put it in my computer's home maintenance folder. Steve also answered questions I had about a couple of potential plumbing projects I'm considering. This was my first experience with Brothers and should I need plumbing, electrical or hvac work in the future, I will be giving them a call.

Avoid by any cost. They screw you, though they do it with a smile. They have charged me 949 $ for replacement of blower motor in my furnace. After the job was done I asked for a bid for water heater replacement and they came with 2350 $. It sounded too much to me so I've googled a little and asked for a bid from 4 other local business. The highest I received was 650 $, i.e. they have charged me 300$ more than the highest bid. The motor price should be around 250$, so for less than 2 hours they've chrged for labor and extra expenses 700$. When I called and talk with a manager and asked to receive explanation for the huge difference in price, comparing to other business, he explained: that there are many other expenses rather than the parts cost and labor that I need to consider and how hard is it to get good technicians. DON'T GO THERE. AVOID THESE GUYS, THEY ARE NOTHING BUT THIEVES.

Paul is a very pleasant, professional, and skilled plumber. He worked rapidly and tirelessly getting my three jobs accomplished. I felt secure and comfortable having him in my home. He pointed out some problems with my furnace venting and hot water tank that I will need to address soon. I am grateful that he shared his expertise in those areas. There are other jobs that I will need to have done in the future and I would absolutely use him again. He listened to all of my concerns and provided me with options that I had not thought of. I will pass on my good experience to my friends and neighbors.

Rick arrived early, identified the problem within minutes, fixed it quickly, tested everything, and gave me lots of helpful information. Excellent customer service and a great person to work with!

    We charge on a per job basis not an hourly rate. This way we can provide a precise price upfront that our client signs off on before any work is completed.

    Education is key to a successful visit with any one of our clients. We want them to feel completely assured not only about the work that we are doing, but that they also know how everything works.
