- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on a percentage fee that varies based on rent roll, portfolio size, and asset type. We also offer some other services on an hourly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with each customer on a personalized basis. We start with a conversation about the client's goals and create a customized plan to meet and exceed those goals while managing risk properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in and around the property management industry for the last 5 years. I worked for many real estate investors via my construction & handyman business, as well as a junk removal company that I founded. As a real estate investor myself, I decided to start my own property management company to help others create value in the real estate market. We leverage software and technology to improve profitability for our clients.
