We unite traditional Mexican dishes and flavors with the latest techniques and cosmopolitan concepts to create a menu with a Mexican soul. We enjoy and love to make our guests very happy, thats our goal !! As Mexicans we know exactly what the flavors, the real tortilla warm process ( witch it really counts to have a great experience to eat a good taco ) Stories and history has to be like. One of our commitments with our guests is to source from local farms with the most fresh ingredients making sure that we use organic produce and support all the Colorado farms around us. The main ingredient in all of our dishes is LOVE !! We will serve you with passion and love just to make sure you have one of the best experience and making sure you and your guest will be very happy with our food and service!! Back in Mexico we had for more than 8 years a restaurant were we served one of the best and high quality food and service. And if you want to talk about tequila please don't hesitate to contact us because that is one of the things that I really like to talk about ! Lenny and his team were as efficient and professional as anyone could ask for. We had a grand opening event for about 60 high-priority investors and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Will definitely be looking to work with them again for any future events! Side note: The bartender they worked with (Events By Emily) was absolutely fantastic, as well. Just an overall wonderful experience!

Lenny and his staff did a great job catering for our Christmas get to gether. They took the stress of setting up, catering and even clean up off our hands so we could focus on our guests. They all did a great job and our home was looking great after they left. Thank you Lenny and staff.

We are so happy we went with Xim catering for our wedding! Lenny was a joy to work with. He was so enthusiastic and attentive, and really listened to all of our needs to create a menu that was delicious, interesting, and within our budget. He went above and beyond with our requests and even made small portions of each dish without onions to accommodate my mom's food allergy. He also accommodated some peanut allergies and some vegetarian special requests. The food was so delicious (still dreaming about the chicken molé!) and the signature cocktails were incredible too! The decorations at the buffet line and the bar really helped set the mood. Lenny did all that he could to make sure that everything was taken care of so we could enjoy our wedding day. We didn't have a wedding planner or a coordinator so we really appreciated that he made us feel so at ease before the big day. The staff that Lenny brought to the event were so professional, courteous, and hardworking. I can't say enough good things about our experience!
