Introduction: Hi, my name is Tina Spano, I've been pet sitting and cleaning houses for 28 years. I am self-employed offering basic house cleaning that is detailed and thorough. Including dusting under items not just around them, wiping down baseboards, front of cabinets, window blinds, inside microwave and ceiling fans. I will also change bedding and clean inside windows if requested. I work by myself, I use my own equipment and supplies and insured. English speaking only, very reliable, down-to-earth and personable. I believe in being honest and direct, I do quality work and take pride in a job well done. I charge $35.00 per hour Non negotiable Cash or check Most houses take 3 to 5 hours depending on size of house. Also if there are pets, kids and specific needs of the client.

I like to meet with a new customer, look at their home, give a free estimate: what the client wants, any extras, how many hours I will be there, cost, date and time of clean etc.

I have been cleaning houses for 26 years I know the best products and equipment to use on all surfaces I do a very thorough and professional job, even in the corners and under items I listen to what the client wants I still have clients from 17 years ago
