I had some issues with another company and someone suggested I call Chris. Chris was very responsive and came our free of charge and provided me with a ton of guidance on how to navigate a company who was trying to take advantage. He went through the invoice and found several mistakes in which I was being charged for double the materials (I live in a paired home...aka condo). The company was threatening a lien until I provided his work and they immediately settled. My only regret is not getting his name originally.
