    Had Frank remove Windows 8 from my computer and put on Windows 7. Everything came out fine even though my computer wasn't real cooperative. Love the new os system. Frank is a knowledgeable guy and cares about getting the job done right and at a reasonable price. This is something that is hard to find these days. He will take care of your needs in timely manner and I definitely will use him again. Thanks Frank.

Constantly! Always reading the latest magazines on the market relating to computers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in the field of computers in many facets of the industry, especially troubleshooting and solving the problems at hand. I love technical challenges and making people happy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I perform many aspects of computer repair such as software issues, virus issues, firewall problems, hard drive crashes, replacement of screens, fans, hard drives, power supplies, video cards, etc. Slow or freezing computers and even recovering data from their hard drives.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Check around, my rates are very reasonable in this field of computer repair compared to other companies who provide the same service at an exorbitant amount of money. I feel I do not have to take advantage of the public due to their lack of knowledge in this field. I make a decent living on my rates alone.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I hope and wish past customers would pass the word of my social and technical skills to family and friends regarding my quality and knowledge in the field of computers.
