FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fairness. We are here to work with our clients not nickle and dime them. We enjoy what we do and it brings great satisfaction when our homeowners are really happy with their end product. Some projects can be very personal and during these hard times in our economy we understand that everyone has a budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. We typically like to perform an on site estimate where we can get a better idea of what the project entails (price, duration, process) From there we set up a good time to begin the project. On day one we both sign a photo release and bid form and receive a agreed upon draw for materials. We go get the materials, most times from a home Depot, and begin prep and first stages of the project. Ram board (a cardboard like paper that covers floors), drop cloths, plastic, wet rags, and tape are materials we use to protect your home from spills and drips. Remaining amount in project balance is not paid until completion Request for review :)
