Bryan was a please to work with. We had an extra element of lighting at our event and he worked closely with the Crowdsync team ahead of time to assure everything would run smoothly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I utilize a flat-rate pricing structure for all of our services. (a required 20% non-refundable deposit will guarantee your booking)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I schedule one free 15-minute consultation to determine what services are needed and which package suits your needs the best. After coming to an agreed upon price, we will schedule a 60-minute meeting to fine-tune the details of your event. (these meetings are scheduled at least a two weeks before your event)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certification in Television & Radio Broadcasting alongside over 10 years worth of combined experience in A/V and DJ work.
