- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing can be a very wide range but I'm willing to negotiate if a customer is on a budget and I do offer a 10% discount to all new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see a hob to be able to give an accurate quote. I send over a professional bid and if they want the work done by me then we can schedule according to the customers convenience or I'd they need it done by a certain date that can be arranged in the contract.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
self taught with thanks to my older brother whom is a perfectionist like myself. trail and error and learning how to fix other painters mistakes is what makes a great painter. doing it right the first time goes a long way. 13 years of painting teaches you a lot and I'm still learning every job I do.
