The Fresh Look Team did a fantastic job on our basement. It was a job that had been started but never finished (DIY hit pause due to a baby). Eduardo’s team came in and knocked it out quickly and professionally.

Worked with Eduardo on behalf of my employers to get an estimate on a sizable amount of painting needed throughout their large home. He was super communicative and INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about him, with emphasis on his attention to detail as we spent over an hour walking through the house for a full assessment. I think a large part of jobs like these is the experience and trust built as well as the execution and this company checks all the boxes. Very fair priced especially given the labor involved and worked with us to give us the best price possible. As someone who researches different repair/renovations/maintenance companies to employ and manages said projects for a living, this is one of those companies you keep on file for theoretical and upcoming projects over the years. Currently waiting on my employer to pick a date she’d like to start this project– she was impressed as well which is (very) hard to accomplish, might I add. Incredibly professional and will recommend him to anyone who needs painting done in the future. If every company was this buttoned up, experienced yet personable, my job would be a lot easier. Not proposing to Eduardo (contrary to this review), just very impressed.

Eduardo and his crew helped me out of a bad situation left over from a previous painter who cut corners and did a terrible job. Eduardo showed up and was able to explain how he would he would fix it with details about the paint and techniques that I never knew existed. He ended up doing an incredible job, and I would have no problem suggesting that anyone else work with this company. He is an absolute professional, and I am so happy I found him.

This company contacted me and offered me a free estimate on the work I wanted done. I felt the price was what I could afford, we agreed on a date, and they came promptly on a Monday morning, equipped and ready to work. The team was extremely polite and professional. They had my job completed by the end of the day. They went the extra mile and moved my furniture back in place for me.

Eduardo and his team did an outstanding work on my two rooms. I received a call from Eduardo within an hour once I posted the job, and he was here the same day to provide the bid. He inspected the scope of work very carefully, paying attention to every detail and provided the bid at a very competitive price right during his first visit. His team showed up on the appointed day right on time, and was very careful about our newly finished floors. We were very impressed how quickly, accurately and professionally they did the work, including painting the glass door (picture attached). We absolutely recommending Eduardo and his team to all and will hire him again for the next painting job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different and unique, so is the price of them. However, we do our best to provide customers with a fair price upfront, extras are discussed ahead of time. We promise no surprises on your bill.
Note: We are not an EPA Lead Base Paint Abatement & Removal Company, and agree to handle lead-base paint in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we receive an inquiry for a project, we make the initial call to the client to discuss their needs and set up a free estimate. At the estimate, we measure all areas and discuss options that best suit the client's needs, such as color, budget, and time frame. With all the information gathered, we generate an estimate for the client to review. After accepting the estimate, a timeline is generated to begin the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a background in Industrial Engineering, I developed my career for more than a decade in improving efficiency, quality and safety in the area of manufacturing. I have a passion for building relationships with customers that are based on a quality product and finish, while also being budget-friendly.
