- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time we speak will be a consultation of the project, via a video conference app or an on-site walkthrough. I do prefer to be able to see the work that needs to be done in person. Once I have all the Information needed, I will write up an estimate and send it to you ASAP. If you decide to move forward with the project, we will get it scheduled after I receive the signed estimate form back. Half of payment is due at time of signing, the remainder upon completion of the job. Please ask for additional details about pre payment discounts and discounts for veterans, active military, and first responders!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I split my time pretty evenly between residential and commercial projects. I’ve dealt with every type of customer known to man. I treat every potential customer with respect, and I only ask the same in return.
