I had an excellent experience with Jake and his crew. Everyone was professional, honest, transparent and I was not pressured as I had been in the past. The crew went to great lengths to be respectful of my property and dogs and keeps everything nice and clean. They were easy to get ahold of and collaborate with throughout the process. I’ve had multiple neighbors stop by to ask for their info because of their excellent work on my exterior paint job.

Jack Fairbanks explained everything and made sure he came back twice during scheduling to make my wife and I understood everything. This was seemless and it got done in a day. Even the solar panels removal and reinstall went well and with 39 panels, we were nervous. Great job Jake and team, Ideal comes highly recommended from this family.

Great team to work with. My roof had some hail damage, and they were able to simplify this process by walking me through everything from the insurance claim to the final roof installation. Usually insurance claims can get tricky, but they handled the communication between everyone and did a beautiful job replacing our roof. Shout out to Christina for helping us through this process, and making sure we were informed along the way.
