Great work by the team. We have kids and dogs and rarely have time to clean as much as we'd like to. We hired Norcrest for a deep clean and our house is sparkling. The deep clean was done in a little over 4 hours including a fridge clean.
Sofia was very communicative. She texted before her team arrived, arrived right when they said they would, and let us know when we'd need to pay a little extra due to the extra time our house needed. Additionally she checked in during the cleaning to make sure the work her team was doing was up to our expectations. She and team were very respectful of our space.
We'll be bringing the team on for regular cleanings and look forward to having a sparkling home on the regular.

I cannot recommend Sonia and her team enough. I am a very detailed person, and she always exceeds my expectations. I come home after she cleans and feel so much peace. The level of detail they take to clean is above and beyond. They even tidied my garage for me once! But more than that, she is genuinely kind. My kids both recently had to have oral surgery. Not only did she prioritize their rooms so they could come home and rest, she helped me get them upstairs and constantly asked how she could help. I see this character and integrity in her all the time. She is hard working and caring, I wouldn’t want to use anyone else!
