- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair pricing and despise marketing agencies and marketers with ego who only care about the bottom line and deliver the bare minimum. I have seen too many hard working business owners taken advantage of when it comes to marketing. I desire for my team and I to serve clients like they are family. To care about their business and success as if it were our own. To partner with people and build a long term relationship that is mutually beneficial.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a strategy session where we get to know you and identify your goals. Next we gather information so we can do the initial assessment, to see what is working and what needs optimized. We will also take inventory of your distal assets and create a strategy to make sure everything is up to date, the tech is working, and the copy is expressing the message your customers/clients need to hear to move forward with ease. Then we create the marketing strategy that works best for your business and budget and begin executing on that strategy immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have invested over 20 years into mastering my skills as a marketer and coach. I have studied under some of the most brilliant minds in online marketing and worked with hundreds of business owners in at least 155 different niches.
