- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts that M&R receives on purchases of primer, paint and supplies are passed onto customers to reduce their expenses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Schedule appointments for estimates at times that are convenient for customer. -Provide customer with detailed proposal showing cost of paint and supplies for each room/project. -Schedule project timeline that is approved by customer. -Discuss progress of the project with the customer daily. -Conduct thorough inspection of the completed project with the homeowner before the final payment is made.
