FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on all of the logistics of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a phone consultation in order for us to meet each other and to get an overview of what I like to call the project personality. The initial onsite consultation takes approximately 1 - 2 hours, depending on the project. The goal is to gain clear direction. We'll discuss their specifications in terms of the use of space and logistics involved to acheive their goals. We will talk about style and color preferences, the time allotted for the project, who will make the decisions and their budget. During this initial consultation clients may opt to begin immediately or schedule a follow up appointment to proceed. I do charge an onsite consultation fee and if they are ready to get started arrangements are made to begin the required research essential to the follow up presentation. The next appointment is made with solutions for the relative concerns addressed at the initial consultation. In some cases the next scheduled appointment will include the delivery of merchandise.
