- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This prices are an estimate based off of previous jobs, And it is based on the information you have given us. The exact quote has to be given upon arrival, to see weather more attention is needed. There will be no refunds once the job is agreed upon, and the work has already started. A test spot will be done to each cleaning area to guarantee the job can be done to your satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Analyzing what they need done and scheduling a walk through to make sure the job can be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 hour training on carpet cleaning and prepping treating. And basic training on residential and commercial cleaning.
