Great results, no stone left unturned. I hired 203Clean for a rental property. New tenants are expected to do a final walk through next week, and needed to get the unit ready for their lease. I'll be using 203Clean prior to all my closings on bother rental and for sale listings. I've also referred 203Clean to my brokerage.

Such amazing service! The gentleman who did my initial cleaning was so efficient that I hired them for bi-weekly service. They are always prompt, and if I ever add anything on they always accommodate and charge fairly. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

203 Clean, after making an appointment, never followed up on the job. Didn't hear from him. Had to look for somebody else. Hired Brittany from Spruce Cleaning Service Inc., through Thumbtack to do the job tomorrow. I keep my fingers crossed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This prices are an estimate based off of previous jobs, And it is based on the information you have given us. The exact quote has to be given upon arrival, to see weather more attention is needed. There will be no refunds once the job is agreed upon, and the work has already started. A test spot will be done to each cleaning area to guarantee the job can be done to your satisfaction.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Analyzing what they need done and scheduling a walk through to make sure the job can be done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 hour training on carpet cleaning and prepping treating. And basic training on residential and commercial cleaning.
